Liga2000 Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Liga2000" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain liga2000.best and all associated subdomains.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account at liga2000 and been accepted as a user of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access liga2000's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a Member's account at any given time, excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bet" refers to real-money wagers placed by a Member on any game or event available at liga2000.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, free spins, or other benefits granted by liga2000 to a Member under a promotion or specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers to all products and features provided by liga2000, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, jackpot games, slots, and Virtual Sports.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the liga2000 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or lawful permanent resident who is physically present in Malaysia at the time of use.
• Not appearing on liga2000's list of individuals prohibited from using the services for reasons set out in these Terms.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period, whether self-imposed or imposed by liga2000.
• Is capable of entering into legally binding decisions and is not insolvent or bankrupt.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Member Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at liga2000 at any time. Holding or controlling multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your liga2000 account password confidential. Liga2000 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the liga2000 support team immediately at support@liga2000.best.

A liga2000 account is personal and non-transferable. You are not permitted to sell, transfer, or hand over your account to another individual. Any attempt to do so will result in the closure of the account in question.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at liga2000 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The liga2000 platform supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks
• Boost
• ShopeePay

Minimum deposit at liga2000 is RM 20 per transaction. Liga2000 reserves the right to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in accordance with the prevailing policy.

Minimum withdrawal is MYR 30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for standard winnings. Progressive jackpot winnings of MYR 50,000 and above may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 working hours.

Liga2000 reserves the right to conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on any transaction. In such cases, liga2000 may request supporting documents and place the withdrawal on hold until verification is complete. The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method — funds cannot be withdrawn to a different method unless liga2000 grants specific approval.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed at liga2000 are final once confirmed by the system. Members are fully responsible for ensuring that bet details are accurate prior to confirmation. Liga2000 is not liable for any errors made by Members during the bet placement process.

Bets may only be placed using the available balance in your account. Liga2000 does not offer credit facilities or loans in any form. If your balance is insufficient, the bet will not be processed.

For Sports Betting, liga2000 applies the following additional rules:

• The odds displayed are those in effect at the time a bet is confirmed. Liga2000 reserves the right to withdraw or adjust odds before a bet is confirmed, without prior notice.
• Bets placed on matches that are subsequently cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours will be refunded in full to the Member's account.
• In the event a match result is disputed by the relevant sporting body, liga2000 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings until the official result is confirmed.
• Bets identified as part of an arbitrage scheme or collusion between players to exploit odds differences are void, and any associated balances will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet limits per match and betting market are set by liga2000 and may be changed at liga2000's sole discretion at any time.

6. Bonus & Promotions

Liga2000 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal special promotions. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are displayed alongside the relevant offer.

The general rules applicable to all liga2000 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each new Member once and may not be combined with other bonuses unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses come with wagering requirement – typically between 5x and 30x the bonus value depending on the promotion type – which must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stipulated validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Liga2000 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if a Member is found to have violated the promotional terms or the platform's general terms.
• Each Member is entitled to one bonus per phone number, email address, device, IP address, and payment method used. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses using different details will result in all associated accounts being closed.

7. Casino Games & Jackpot

All casino games at liga2000 — including Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, dragon tiger), jackpot games, slots, and table games — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is independently audited by an accredited third-party verification body. Every round is independent and random, with no dependency on previous outcomes.

For Live Casino games, game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of a real dealer in a camera-recorded studio. Video footage of each Live Casino session is retained by liga2000 for a minimum of 90 days for the purpose of resolving any disputes.

Regarding progressive jackpot winnings at liga2000:

• Jackpot winnings of RM 50,000 and above will go through a standard verification process prior to payment. The liga2000 team will contact the winner within 24 hours.
• In the rare event that a jackpot win is displayed due to a clear software bug or technical error, liga2000 reserves the right to void the win and restore the situation to its state prior to the error.
• Jackpot winners agree to have their names (in a masked format) used in liga2000 promotional materials.

For games interrupted by technical issues or a dropped connection during an active session, liga2000 will attempt to restore the session to its last recorded state in the system. If restoration is not possible, any unresolved bets will be returned to the Member.

8. Member Responsibilities

As a liga2000 Member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that your use of liga2000 does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not use any software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with liga2000 in any manner other than intended.
• Not sharing information or tips that could help other players violate liga2000's terms.
• Not spreading false or misleading information about liga2000 to others.
• Only bet with money you can afford to lose without affecting your personal financial obligations.
• Contact the liga2000 support team if you feel that your gaming experience is beginning to have a negative impact on your life.

9. Restrictions & Account Closure

Liga2000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member's account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Evidence or confirmation of multiple account ownership.
• Evidence or confirmation of false or misleading information provided during registration or identity verification.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• The use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempts to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the liga2000 system.
• Threats, abusive language, or inappropriate behaviour directed at the support team or other players.
• A Member's own request for account closure on responsible gaming grounds.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, liga2000 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances and pending winnings. In the event of closure requested by the Member, the actual balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned once the standard verification process is complete.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Liga2000 collects, processes, and stores Members' personal data in accordance with the liga2000 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Use of the liga2000 platform also constitutes acceptance of that Privacy Policy.

Liga2000 operates in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Members' personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without the Member's explicit consent. 11. Liability Limits

Liga2000 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. While liga2000 endeavours to keep the platform running without interruption 24/7, liga2000 makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

Liga2000 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions beyond liga2000's control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes generated legitimately through a fair RNG system.
• Financial losses arising from a Member's own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

12. Amendments to Terms

Liga2000 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at liga2000's absolute discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect, except for changes made to comply with legal requirements, which may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the liga2000 platform after the effective date of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the amendments take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Members agree that Malaysian law governs these Terms and that Malaysian courts hold exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from the use of liga2000.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
